Ingredients
- 300g sliced pork collar
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 tbsp light soy
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- pounded coriander root, garlic & pepper
Method
- Pound coriander root, garlic and pepper
- Mix with milk, soy, oyster sauce and palm sugar; marinate pork 2 hours
- Thread onto skewers; grill over medium heat, basting, until golden
- Serve with sticky rice and jaew dip
How to Choose
Choose pork collar with fine marbling, fresh pink colour · fresh plain (not sour) milk with a good date it tenderises the meat.
